At LÉA Jewels, we want you to be completely enchanted by your new pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and original-condition jewelry.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original LÉA Jewels velvet box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
